Your Responsibilities:

  • You must create and maintain your own Twilio account
  • All telecommunications charges (voice calls, SMS, phone numbers) are billed directly by Twilio to your Twilio account
  • You are responsible for compliance with Twilio's Terms of Service
  • You must ensure your Twilio account has sufficient funds for operations
  • You own and control your phone numbers through your Twilio account

Our Service Charges:

  • We charge only for AI processing and platform features
  • We do NOT mark up or resell Twilio services
  • Our fees are separate from and in addition to Twilio charges
  • Subscription/credit pricing covers: AI intelligence, analytics, spam protection, API access

⚠️ Important Disclaimers:

  • AI Virtual Receptionist is not responsible for Twilio service outages, rate changes, or billing issues
  • If you terminate your Twilio account, our service will be unable to make/receive calls or send SMS
  • Twilio rates and availability vary by country and may change without notice
  • You retain full ownership of your Twilio account and phone numbers
